2012新年寄语
从2009年9月开办到现在，“知族常乐”已经两岁多了。两年多的坚持并非易事。首先是众多小编们的坚持，辛勤笔耕，大部分博文都是业余时间完成的。其次是众多热心读者的支持。今年中国大师汇上，在展台和与会者交流时，不少人表示自己是“知族常乐”的忠实读者，通过这个平台收获很大。在“Revit用户抢先测”的活动中，很多资深设计师也表达了对于“知族常乐”赞同和认可。这些就是对小编们最大的鼓舞和激励。小编们心中成就感满满的同时，也有了巨大的前进动力。

Job Description:
This is your chance to help drive the worldwide adoption of Autodesk products for the building industry. As a CAD content developer/QA (quality assurance) in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction Solutions division’s Shanghai team, you will be a member of a talented and growing team responsible for developing Autodesk architectural and engineering applications. Your primary focus will be the creation and quality control of CAD content such as intelligent architecture components that will be shipped as part of our software package to worldwide users.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze market requirements and generate BIM (building information modeling) component specifications
- Verify component specifications, create and test components as per the requirements or specifications
- Work with external team to localize content for global market
- Identify and implement practices or processes to improve productivity and the quality of the final components
- Identify and escalate issues of content creation/QA
- Align content files with standard or conventions
- Ensure content files to be user-friendly and satisfy engineering needs.
Skills required:
- Related work experience in technical drawings, construction document.
- Be familiar with architecture-related standards and codes.
- Demonstration of good competency of study and modeling complex 3D geometry.
- Fluent English communication both orally and written, be able to articulate technical or industrial idioms in English
- Strong interests in software application. Super user of any CAD software is a plus.
- Experience in design analysis software will be a plus.
- Can work independently and focus on details with patience
- Highly motivated and self-directed individual
Education/Experience:
- BS or higher architecture, civil or structural engineering, building environment related field or equivalent
- Work experience in a related field is a plus

As a CAD content solution engineer in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction Solutions division’s Shanghai team, you will be a member of a talented and growing team responsible for developing Autodesk architectural and engineering applications. Your primary focus will be the creation and quality control of CAD content such as intelligent architectural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) components that will be shipped as part our software package to worldwide users.

Responsibilities

Revit MEP 2012 新功能:风管占位符
Revit MEP 2012新增风管占位符功能，用于风管的单线显示，不自动生成管件。风管占位符与风管可以相互转换。风管占位符支持碰撞检查功能，不发生碰撞的风管占位符转换成的风管也不会发生碰撞。在平面视图、立面视图、剖面视图和三维视图中均可绘制风管占位符。风管占位符绘制步骤和方法与风管类似，这里不再详述。
风管占位符和风管可以相互转换。选择需要转换的风管占位符，激活“修改 | 风管占位符”选项栏，在风管“属性”对话框中选择所需要转换的风管类型；单击“修改 | 风管占位符”选项栏上的“宽度”或“高度”的下拉按钮，选择风管占位符所代表的风管尺寸，如果在下拉列表中没有需要的尺寸，可以直接在“宽度”和“高度“输入需要绘制的尺寸；单击“转换占位符”，即可将风管占位符转换为风管，见下图。

•检验族的创建标准说明书，创建并测试族

•确保族文件可以被用户很好的使用以满足工程需要
技能要求：
•掌握建筑结构基本理论，有相关工作经验者优先
•熟悉建筑结构相关标准，至少会使用一种结构分析软件，如PKPM、Etabs等
•熟悉Windows操作系统和办公应用软件
•熟悉至少一个CAD（如Revit的）软件
•流利的英语口语和书面沟通能力，能够清晰表达土木工程专业英文。
•对CAD或BIM产品有浓厚的兴趣
•能独立工作，专注于细节，有耐心
•工作积极主动
教育/工作经验：
•本科以上学历，土木或结构工程，•有相关领域工作经验者优先
